I saw the question of "What do you miss most about being a kid?" on the homepage for LiveJournal yesterday and I wanted to write my own short list of what I miss from my own early childhood days. I'd like to hear yours as well.

So the other night I saw Disney-Pixar's UP for the first time in 3D (it is always worth the extra three dollars,) and the only thing that kept running through my head while I was watching it was:

"Hey Freakazoid, I attached some balloons to my house today and I'm gonna go to South America on it."

I don't think there could have been a better actor for Carl. And I think I should mention that by this point I have some sort of an old man obsession. They're the perfect characters...living all alone, frustrated with everything and fixed with a permanent frown that stretches down to the bottom of their face..

That alone may have made UP an awesome movie.

...Not as awesome as WALL-E, though.

Twenty four hours ago I would have told you that I never expected to be kidnapped and forced to register to LiveJournal for anything other than an RPG that I never played. Yes, I will be turning to all of your selfish ways and talking about myself as well as my opinions on a site built around self indulgence! If I wanted to keep a journal, I'd keep it to myself, believe me.

I'm going to post more and update this journal, though, if only to spite you, Kinoko! Yes, that's right! Well, that's not fair since you're not sure how often I update things like this. We'll see, then. Mwahaha. AHAHAHA. Ahem.
